1. Who can take part

The Apple Offer is a vildX promotion for eligible personal-account customers in Canada. Your account must meet the normal account-opening, eligibility and identity-verification requirements. One Apple Offer reward is available per person, not per duplicate account.

You are not eligible if you have already claimed the Movie Offer or claimed a regular Refer a Friend cashback reward before your Apple Offer reward. Check these exclusions before depositing for this promotion.

2. Your deposit and 30-day hold

Successfully deposit at least $3,000 CAD and hold the qualifying amount in your vildX personal account for 30 consecutive days. A pending, failed, reversed or cancelled deposit does not qualify. The holding period starts when your qualifying deposit has successfully completed, not when you initiate it.

You must complete both the full holding period and the verified-referral requirement for your chosen reward. Getting the referrals earlier does not allow an early claim. Completing 30 days without the required referrals does not earn a reward. Withdrawing the funds needed for the hold before it is complete means the hold requirement has not been met; your normal account and withdrawal terms continue to apply.

3. What counts as a referral

Share the referral code from your Profile. Each referred friend or family member must open their own vildX account using your code and successfully complete identity verification. The referred person does not need to deposit to count towards your Apple Offer reward. An invitation, signup or incomplete verification alone does not count.

Check the Referrals page in your account for signup progress. The team verifies completed identity checks and the referral association before confirming a claim. You cannot refer yourself or use duplicate, fictitious or another person’s identity.

Referred people can earn their own Apple reward too. Each friend or family member can participate independently by making their own qualifying $3,000 CAD deposit by the offer deadline, holding it for 30 days and bringing the required 2, 4 or 10 verified referrals using their own Profile code. Being referred does not itself make them ineligible. The one-reward limit and all Movie Offer and regular-referral-cashback exclusions apply to each participant separately. Their deposit is not required for them to count towards your reward.

4. Choose one reward

• 2 verified referrals: AirPods 5 with Charging Case (USB-C), or $179 CAD.
• 4 verified referrals: AirPods Pro 3 with MagSafe Charging Case (USB-C), or $329 CAD.
• 10 verified referrals: AirPods Max 2, or $799 CAD.

The $3,000 CAD deposit and completed 30-day hold apply to every choice. Choose a reward supported by your verified-referral count at claim verification. You receive one device or one cash alternative in total, not all rewards at different levels and not a device plus cash. Once fulfilled, the claim cannot be exchanged for an additional or higher-level reward.

5. Click Talk to a human and send Apple

When both conditions are met, click Talk to a human and send the keyword Apple. Tell the team which eligible device or cash alternative you would like. vildX checks your completed deposit and holding period, verified referrals and previous promotional claims before arranging fulfilment. A displayed signup count or a chat message by itself is not confirmation that a reward has been approved.

Use your existing account and the team’s normal verification process. Never send passwords, recovery phrases, private keys or verification codes in the claim chat.

6. Cash values, taxes and delivery

The cash alternatives are fixed at $179, $329 or $799 CAD, excluding sales tax. They are promotional cash amounts, not the after-tax retail checkout total, and are not increased if a retailer changes its price. An approved cash reward is paid to your vildX checking account.

For physical device rewards, vildX pays the device’s sales tax and standard Canadian shipping. Device colour, availability, delivery address and fulfilment details are confirmed in the claim conversation. If the selected model is unavailable, the listed cash alternative remains available. No delivery date or cash-payment deadline is promised before the team confirms your claim arrangements.

7. Apple and Movie cannot be combined

You may claim the Apple Offer or the Movie Offer, but not both. Receiving an Apple device or its cash alternative makes you ineligible for the Movie Offer. Claiming the Movie Offer makes you ineligible for the Apple Offer. There is no combined, additional or second welcome reward.

For an eligible Movie claim, use Talk to a human and send Movie. For an eligible Apple claim, send Apple.

8. Regular referral rewards after Apple

Regular Refer a Friend rewards become available after your Apple Offer reward, under the separately published Refer a Friend terms, including their deposit requirements and milestone rules. If you claim regular referral cashback first, you cannot later claim this Apple Offer.

Apple Offer signup-and-verification events do not themselves earn a regular referral cash reward. Continuing the regular program after Apple does not create a second Apple device or another welcome-offer reward.

9. Accurate claims and fair use

vildX may check the account information, completed funding and holding history, referral-code association, completed identity checks and previous reward claims needed to assess eligibility. Duplicate claims, self-referrals, false identities and fabricated or reversed transactions do not qualify. If a check finds a problem, the team will explain what is needed in the claim conversation.

10. Offer period and early withdrawal

Your qualifying $3,000 CAD deposit must successfully complete by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026, unless vildX withdraws the offer earlier for new participation. Initiating a deposit by the deadline is not enough if it has not completed.

vildX may withdraw this offer at any time. An earlier closure to new participants will be announced on this page. If your qualifying deposit completed before the applicable closure, you may complete the 30-day hold, required verified referrals and claim afterward under the offer terms in place when you joined. Closing the offer does not cancel a reward already earned or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Your existing account terms still apply

These terms describe this promotion only. Your account continues to be governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosures, including normal account, funding and service-availability restrictions. The device or cash reward is a promotional benefit, not interest or a promised investment return. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
